Fox Nation Gives Vivek Ramaswamy His Own Show Featuring ‘Provocative Dinner Table Conservations’
Vivek Ramaswamy has a busy week which includes the debut of a new Fox Nation show and a town hall in Springfield, Ohio centered on immigration.
Truths with Vivek Ramaswamy will debut on Sunday on Fox Nation and a condensed version of the show will also air at 10 p.m. the same night on Fox News. The five-part series features Ramaswamy hosting panel discussions with his wife Apoorva Ramaswamy, journalist Matt Taibbi, physicist Steve Koonin, and Rabbi Shmully Hecht. The group will discuss ongoing issues such as the Israel-Hamas war and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
“Today, conservatives know what we’re against. But what exactly do we stand for? To answer that question, we need to talk to every American, not just those who agree with us. That’s the subject of my new book ‘TRUTHS: The Future of America-First,’ and I enjoyed partnering with Fox Nation to host provocative dinner table conversations that we rarely have in our country anymore,” Ramaswamy said in a press release about the show.
Fox Nation President Lauren Petterson said Ramaswamy will offer “thoughtful and unique perspective on the state of American politics after his meteoric rise over the last year.”
Ramaswamy, once a presidential hopeful, is also taking part in a Q&A with a Philadelphia audience for a special called Just Ask: Vivek Ramaswamy, which will release on Fox Nation on Friday ahead of his Truths premiere. The Q&A will be moderated by Fox News host Pete Hegseth.
Ahead of that special, Ramaswamy is planning a Thursday evening town hall in Springfield, Ohio, a town that has become a common talking point in the presidential election. Former President Donald Trump and his running mate JD Vance both promoted a conspiracy theory that Haitian immigrants in the town are kidnapping and eating family pets, something town officials have repeatedly denied. Multiple threats since the conspiracy spread have led to schools briefly closing.
Ramaswamy’s town hall will be focused on the presidential race and immigration debates and the Republican said he is “inviting diverse voices from the local community, including Haitian immigrants.”
