MSNBC is bringing its hosts and election coverage straight to the people.

The network is hosting an interactive event in Brooklyn on Sept. 7 that will feature MSNBC’s biggest names discussing November’s presidential election for attendees. The event will take place at the Brooklyn Academy of Music at 7 p.m.

MSNBC Live creative director Luke Russert, the son of Tim Russert, will moderate two sessions focused on the election. The first will feature MSNBC stars Jen Psaki, Chris Hayes, Joy Reid, Alex Wagner, Andrea Mitchell, and Katy Tur leading a discussion on the election and the “critical stretch of the campaign.”

Steve Kornacki will also be at the first session breaking down the latest polling data for the audience as he does on the network, always with an election map and stacks upon stacks of paper accompanying him.

The second session will feature Rachel Maddow, Lawrence O’Donnell, Ari Melber, Stephanie Ruhle, Michael Steele, Alicia Menendez, and Symone Sanders Townsend in a discussion about “where things stand as we approach Election Day.”

“We hope to continue to foster unique connections and inspire our audience,” Russert said, calling the network’s audience the “most dedicated and loyal fanbase.”

The MSNBC Live event series was launched in December. The new event will feature a 230-person dinner with a number of MSNBC hosts, as well as the premiere of an MSNBC film ahead of a theatrical debut. The network is taking the live aspect seriously, describing it as in-person only. There will be no livestream.

The two sessions will be held over the course of a day with the film screening throughout the day. The dinner will cap off the event. Tickets start at $119.
