‘Let Them All Out!’ Fox Contributor Says Trump Should Follow Hunter Biden Pardon By Freeing Convicted Jan 6 Rioters

Fox News contributor Charlie Hurt encouraged President-elect Donald Trump to free all January 6th Capitol rioters following the pardon of Hunter Biden.

On Sunday evening, President Joe Biden issued a pardon for his son relating to gun charges and tax crimes. Biden previously said he would not interfere in the Justice Department’s prosecution of Hunter by issuing him a pardon.

In the statement, Biden claimed his own DOJ weaponized as well as “selectively” and “unfairly” prosecuted his son. The sweeping pardon also clears Hunter of any other “offenses against the United States which he has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024.”

Hurt reacted to the news during a panel discussion on The Big Weekend Show by saying Trump should commute the sentences for all the Capitol rioters and pardon most of them.

TOM SHILLUE: Should trump, Charlie, now say the January 6th people — I look at them as my children. So I’m going to pardon all of them.

HURT: I do think you know, I think he should at least commute the sentences of all of them and pardoned every single one that was obviously just following the person in front of them wandering through the capital. Pardon every single one of them. There were some that did more than just that. And I think he should commute their sentences and let them all out! Every single one of them.

SHILLUE: What other pardons we see coming here? Why are we just learning about Hunter and there’s still plenty of time? He’s got another month.

HURT: And you know why? Because I was thinking about this. If I were Donald Trump, I would not pardon Hunter Biden, but and which is why Joe Biden has to. Right. I mean, there’s no right because on paper there is no justification for pardoning the guy. The guy’s guilty. He got special treatment. He was still guilty. So it makes no sense. But if you’re his dad and you got him into the jackpot in the first place.
